We pride ourselves in continually offering outstanding product knowlege, quality customer service, and professionalism. We have maintained some of the same customers for over 30 years and hope to forge long-term business relationships with new clients as well. Our accomplishments include company awards for outstanding service, as well as the Texas Family Business of the Year Heritage Award for our family’s commitment to this industry for over 60 years.

Who We Are

Paul “Jerry” Jones - President A 3rd generation owner of the agency with over 30 years experience in trucking insurance. Graduated Baylor University with his BBA in 1972 and remains very active in strategic planning, company relationships, and customer satisfaction.

Jerod Jones - Executive Vice President A 4th generation executive of the agency that began his tenure with the family business in the spring of 2001. Graduated Baylor University with his Masters in Accountancy in 2000 and is active in strategic planning, operations management, company relations, fleet sales, and customer satisfaction.

Tara Jones - Sales Associate

Wife to Jerod Jones, she is an experienced sales associate who began employment with the agency in February of 2006 after leaving a very successful career in international project management. Graduated Baylor University with honors in 2000 with a double major in her BBA as well as her Masters in Business Administration. She serves in fleet and nonfleet sales.

Ben Booker - Sales Associate

Our newest member of the sales team. He graduated from Baylor University in 2009, where he earned his Bachelor degree in Education with Business Concentration, while balancing his role as a 4 year letterman for the Baylor baseball team. In addition to his efforts on the field and in the classroom, Ben also volunteered in the Hurricane Relief efforts and the Special Olympics. We are very pleased to employ such a well-rounded and service oriented producer. He serves in fleet and nonfleet sales and participates in safety and compliance.

Tommy Rafferty - Sales Associate

A driven associate of our agency. He graduated from Arizona State University in 2008, where he earned his BBA in Business Communications, while balancing his role as a starting pitcher for the Sun Devils. In 2008, Tommy further developed his competitive spirit as he began his professional baseball career with the Tampa Bay Rays until injuries ended his baseball career and brought him back to Texas in 2010. Armed with a fantastic technical knowledge and a highly competitive spirit, he serves in fleet and nonfleet sales.
